August 1, 1994. January 8, 1995.  April 9, 1995, November 27, 2005 and October 18, 2020.  On each of those days, a new chapter in the story of Cornerstone began.
On August 1, 1994, Angela and I and our two children moved to Bedford to begin the story of a church, that up to that point had only existed in our hearts.  On January 8, 1995, the first small group started in our home with Angela and I, Ian and Sylvia Richardson and Stan and Karen Wickwire.  On April 9, 1995, we celebrated our first public worship service.  On November 27, 2005, we celebrated our first public worship service in our new building.  And October 18, 2020 will be remembered as the day we celebrated our first public worship service at Cornerstone Windgate.  Each of those dates marked the beginning of a new chapter in the story of Cornerstone.
Like all good stories, there have been ups and downs, smiles and tears. It has been a story of defeat and a story of victory, and I truly believe that the best part of the story is yet to be written.
Each of you added to our story when you made Cornerstone your church home, and each of you will decide how you will shape the story of Cornerstone.

Have a great week and remember: To see what is possible, you’ll have to attempt the impossible.
